I'm Jayme Wong — and I've spent 10+ years inside some of retail's best buying offices.

My career spans SSENSE, UNIQLO, and ALDO — from the sales floor to e-commerce at the management level, across roles spanning Allocations, Buying, and Planning. I've seen what great buying discipline looks like from the inside — and what the best retailers do differently.
